Authorities Quarterly Report-Douglas, Fulton, DeKalb, Henry, Clayton and Rockdale Mr. Michel Turpeau presented on behalf of Fulton County. Mr. Turpeau reported that Fulton recently hired a new marketing director. This will be the first person in the position and they are scheduled to start in the month of February.
